How We Deal with Food While Stressed Out
A bowl of cereal helps me start my day with low stress. When I don’t eat I get more irritable and prone to growling at little kids.
Kashi cereal is one of my favorites because it’s high in fiber and low in sugar. The picture is of a typical breakfast I enjoy. I usually need one type of fruit whether it be bananas, blueberries, strawberries or whatever is in season.
